The therapy room has a welcoming feel about it the room is bright and spacious, a safe haven to talk about your problems confidentially without being judged in any way. The therapy bed is comfortable and a good place to relax listening to gentle music while the energy session takes place after the problems have been discussed.
Person-centred therapy works on the assumption that people are capable of self-healing.
This is an approach which aims to bring harmony to a body including mind and spirit.
It is not always easy to overcome one’s problems. If it were, we would all do so without seeking help.
